1) Not enough information to answer. What does it actually mean to have "society treat you like a grown-up"? Driving? Buy alcohol? Vote? You can move out? You can work? You can't date? Sorry but it's too vague for me to answer.
2) A - Lowered - I am in favor of shifting more of this responsibility back onto parents and off of government.
3) C - Not very important - Possibly even D. I can't think of anything they would actually need to know about information technology to properly follow the Constitution.
4) D - I don't claim to have any idea. In my narrow personal experiences it appears that they are less intelligent but my narrow personal experiences are not even close to establish a trend. Basically my personal experiences do not constitute a large enough sample size for me to accurately draw any educated conclusion.
5) Probably B - The internet has opened up the flow of information dramatically but I don't know if this has translated to any decrease or increase in intelligence.
6) D - You never know what crap they will have you do so I'm not willing to risk it. I would also probably be very uncomfortable in such a situation.
7) B - If it's the right show sure like maybe Deal or No Deal.
