Who comes up with these National Months?

For Example, I hear March is National Craft Month

Does Government come up with this or who sets these so called Months apart?

I've heard all sorts of different "National Months" for things over the years, Breast Cancer Awareness month, Nutrition month, Poetry month, etc.

Our Snowman

Another thing we did other than go sledding down our hill was to create our snowman!

Snow in GA

We got a good layer of snow on Sunday here. It was only about 4 inches but schools were closed for monday so both Tanner and Lindsey got to play in the snow for a while and loved it!
